BAN/WARNING SYSTEM FOR THE COMMUNITY (STAFF GET GREATER PUNISHMENTS) 

Warning 

• If you break the rules you will get your 1st warning,

• If this is your second time, you will get your 2nd warning.  

• After 3/3 Warning will lead you to BAN. 

BAN

• BAN time will be increased by 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 Days.    

• If you get BAN for 7 Days your next BAN will be Permanent. 

• Personal attack relating to IRL 

Permanent BAN

• Hacking and Glitch are not acceptable in BPR. You will get a Permanent BAN. 

• Harassment cases such as:

  1. Sexual Harassment

  2. Racism 

  3. Nationalism

  4. Religion harassment

• Selling in-city items with IRL money.

Note

• If you try to take advantage of any loopholes, it falls under the judgment of the Admins.

• If you get BAN, Unban is not an option. 

• If you do not show up within 24 hours after being tagged in emergency tag. You will get your BAN 

TSUNAMI RULES

• In BPR we consider tsunami per week to reset all situations. Every Friday at 7 PM

• When the tsunamis happen, you are going to forget all situations and can’t take revenge or continue any previous RP situation

• You will not forget your friends and your enemies but no vengeance will be remembered

• Police warrants will be cleaned after the tsunami, all vehicles seized will be released

• If you still find your car in police custody, please politely ask any officer to release it. They will do it.

• Do not start Police/Criminal activity 30 minutes before/after the Tsunami.

CHARACTER CREATION 

• We do not allow Animal PEDS or PD PEDS.

• Please be respectful of your character’s name selection as well. Any inappropriate or unacceptable names will be subject to character deletion.

• You are NOT allowed to wear any org/business clothing that you are not a part of unless stolen by an org to be worn temporarily. You also cannot wear any BPR/Staff Specific Hoodie.

• Your face is your face. You cannot use a mask as your face. You also cannot RP “glue your clothes” onto your body/face. You must take your mask off for any situation. You cannot refuse to remove it for MUG SHOT or when you are dead.

OOC/ Out of Character/ (/Me Command)

Going OOC while Roleplaying is not allowed also you can’t write anything OOC by using /ME.  To perform any actions, you must use the /ME command. For Example: 

• To take someone’s gun/radio/dispatch use ‘taking gun/radio/dispatch’. 

• Don’t use or do not even respond to any /ME command for mind talk and unusual taking.

New-Life Rule

If you die you cannot return to the previous role-play/scenario. A new life means that your initial character has lost all prior memories. Furthermore, your character forgets the events and Information leading up to their death. If your character was killed in a scene, you are not allowed to return to that scene as that character or any other character. 

If you have been downed and revived you are considered out of the current scene and you must leave the area with your hands up. You must wait until the current scene is over to meet back up with your group or return to the location of the scene after it has cleared. (This applies to everyone, including PD). The location of the scene is defined as having a line of sight to the location or when within PD barriers.

Rejoining/Re-Injecting Rule Breaks include:

• Driving away or leaving the area of a scene

• Disconnecting and coming back with a different character

• Constantly driving back and forth in front of a RP scene after abandoning the scene.

• Picking up bodies to take to the hospital and coming back again 

You CANNOT run after getting picked up by EMS, you are in medical custody of said personnel and need to be cleared before leaving.

The only way you remember what happened if you get knocked out is if you are reminded by someone who was involved in the scene. Their recollection will be different from what yours would have been. You can only recall the information they divulge/provide.

Metagaming

• Knowing the location of someone from a stream and purposefully going there with your character. 

• Knowing from your friend in Discord that you need a specific item for a job then going around asking for it. 

• Have an outside Discord or group chat for your IC group, business, gang, etc. 

• Calling backup using Discord.

• Doing in-city deals on Discord or other media.

PowerGaming

PowerGaming is strictly prohibited. PowerGaming is any action taken by abusing Game Mechanics in Roleplay.

Fear RP 

Not role-playing realistically. Not fearing for your life when threatened by a weapon/Someone (Fear RP). Taking someone hostage while dead. You cannot shoot at the main garage from outside.

Deathmatching (RDM/VDM)

Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality role-play is considered a “Random Death-Match” [RDM]. It is prohibited, as you must always make role-play engaging with others. Before engaging with a player, you must initiate and give them a reasonable timeframe to make an appropriate response. If not, then this will be counted as a “Random Death Match. Furthermore, using your vehicle as a weapon (running players over, causing explosions) without a valid role-play and attempting to harm the vehicle is also considered a “Random Vehicle Death-Match” [VDM]. Both are subject to punishment and warning will be given based on it.

You will get Ban if you do RDM/VDM

GUN FEAR

You must value your own life! You should treat your character’s life as if it were real life and there are no revives or respawns!

Fail gun fear means you did NOT value your life when someone pointed a gun at you first. If it is a 1:1 ratio, the person who must fear the gun is the person who got pointed at first. It DOES NOT count if you had your gun out by your side first. The gun that points first controls the scene.

If it is an outnumbered situation, the group with the lesser number must fear all guns pointed at the group. Ex: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:6 etc.

When you are standing around one person and you both have your guns out but not pointed, no one (in that moment) has to fear anything. Once a person aims the gun first, you now have to comply. 

You must comply with demands if a gun is pointed at you or if you are taken hostage

To take someone hostage, you must physically have a gun pointed at them. You cannot do this from inside a vehicle or on a bike. 

If you are caught doing this, it is FAIL RP (you are subject to punishment). 

If the people inside the car are outnumbered, they must comply with the demands of those pointing a gun at them, if they do not the gunmen may fire. The people pointing a gun MUST be outside of a vehicle/off a bike to do so. If numbers are equal, the driver has the decision to flee or submit to the demands of the gunmen. If said driver chooses to flee, the gunmen CANNOT shoot the fleeing vehicle but may pursue in theirs.

BODY SHAMING 

Body Shaming is not welcome in our city. You are not allowed to disrespect or talk to a dead/unconscious body as that leads to bad/toxic roleplay. Some examples: – Disrespecting include burning dead bodies, and dumping Dead Bodies in the Sea. The only other things you can do is leave the body or take the body to the Hospital. 

Military, and Rape Roleplay 

Any form of Military/ Rape/ Offensive sexual role-play whilst on as a civilian is prohibited and results in you being kicked from the server. Sexual harassment is also a bannable offense.

CRIMINAL / COP INTERACTIONS 

Cop-baiting

Cop-baiting is the act of repeatedly attempting to antagonize, lure or “bait” law enforcement into initiating a scenario. Examples of this include repeatedly driving unrealistically past law enforcement in an attempt to start a pursuit, or luring them toward an area that would otherwise start a shootout. 

Cop baiting is permanently off.

PD Attack

• PD attack is off unless directed by the Mafia.

• Unless it is allowed by Admins

Robbery

• You can not rob a store without a hostage, or set up at a store with no hostage in an attempt to kill police,

• You must tell the police if you have outside help/vehicles if asked.

• You get only 2 demands that are deemed fit by the police. Only in the Pacific can you get 3 demands if you have 2 hostages.

• No hostage no demand,

• After participating in a robbery, the same gang has to wait 30 min after the situation is over to start a new robbery.   

• NPC won’t be considered a Hostage. 

• 1 Man Robbery is not allowed. 

Amount of people in a situation 

Kidnapping

1. Kidnapping must be done on foot, For example, you can’t use /gunpoint, /kidnapped. Gun Point at him and do proper RP,

2. 1 V 1 kidnap is not allowed. 

3. You can not keep a hostage for more than 45 minutes 

4. EMS: Cannot be kidnapped while wearing Uniform and On-Duty. Can be kidnapped if not wear a Uniform. EMS Items cannot be robbed.

5. Police and Mechanic Can be kidnapped while On-Duty if there are enough officers On-duty. And all available units will respond

6. Max 4 people can kidnap 1 person.

7. You can’t kidnap an AFK person.

8. You can’t kidnap a person who is in the Green Zone, Blue Zone, Red Zone, and inside of PDM or any kind of food store.

[Note: From now on no one can start any fight without giving a warning to the other party on a phone call or face-to-face. If you still do the situation without giving the proper warning it will be considered as RDM and you will be punished for that.]

Granny

• You are only allowed to revive someone once per situation

• You are not allowed to take gun fights in a 100m range of the Granny.

Store Robbery

• Police  =  4  Maximum

• Criminal = 2 Minimum & 3 Maximun

[Note: No additional Unit will attend during Code red. There might be more than 3 Police on the Crime Scene but only 4 will attend the Chase and Code red.]

Fleeca Robbery

• Police  =  4 Maximum (+1)

• Criminal = 2 Minimum & 4 Maximum (Minimum 2 Criminals must be present in the Robbery Scene)

[Note: One additional Unit will attend during Code red. There might be more than Police on the Crime Scene but only 4 will attend the Chase and Code red.]

Paleto Bank Robbery

• Police  =  6  Maximum (+1).

• Criminal = 5 Minimum & 6 Maximum (Minimum 4 Criminals must be present in the Robbery Scene)

[Note: One additional Unit will attend during Code red. There might be more than  Police on the Crime Scene but only 5 will attend the Chase and Code red. Gun Level 2 & 3]

Pacific Bank Robbery

• Police  =  7  Maximum (+1).

• Criminal = 6 Minimum & 6 Maximum (Minimum 4 Criminals must be present in the Robbery Scene)

Vangelico Robbery
